Transaction Classifications & Chart of Accounts Maintenance: I categorize your transactions and ensure your chart of accounts is optimized for accuracy and clarity.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: I streamline your AR and AP processes and update invoices weekly. I keep you informed of who owes you money and who you owe money to.
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: I reconcile your bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure that your records match.
Financial Statement Preparation: I prepare your balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other essential financial reports, providing insights into your business’s financial health.
Month-End Financial Close & Review: At the end of each month, I perform a thorough financial close and review.

Quote Only, Pricing Varies Depending on Complexity

With detailed monthly, quarterly, or annual budget reports, you’ll gain the financial insights needed to make strategic business decisions. One-Time Services
$50 per hour ($150 Minimum)

Bookkeeping Catch-Up or Clean-Up in QuickBooks: If your books are behind or disorganized, I can help get them back on track. I’ll clean up your QuickBooks data, organize transactions, and ensure everything is properly classified and reconciled.
QuickBooks Company Set-Up: Setting up your QuickBooks account correctly from the start is crucial for smooth financial operations. I’ll assist you with creating your QuickBooks company, configuring your chart of accounts, linking bank and credit card accounts, and setting up necessary preferences to ensure your QuickBooks is tailored to your business needs.
General Consultations: Whether you're unsure about how to handle specific transactions, need advice on best practices, or have questions about QuickBooks, I'll provide the answers and guidance you need to manage your books more effectively.

$150 - $375 per month
Ideal for smaller businesses or churches. This package mostly utilizes cash-basis accounting. Financial Statement packages will arrive within 2 weeks of monthly close.
The Standard Package
$400 - $675 per month
Ideal for mid-size entities. This package utilizes either cash-basis or accrual-basis accounting depending on your company’s needs. Financial Statement Packages will arrive within 2 weeks of monthly close.
The Premium Package
$700 - $1,000 per month
Ideal for entities with large transaction volume or complex transactions. Most businesses that fit within this category operate under accrual-basis accounting. Financial Statement packages will arrive within 2 weeks of monthly close.
